COHEN & COMPANY SECURITIES ANNOUNCES AN ADDITION TO THE MORTGAGE SALES TEAM

New York, NY – January, 2010 – Cohen & Company Securities, LLC (“Cohen & Company Securities”), Cohen & Company’s registered broker-dealer, is pleased to announce the hiring of Kevin Lind as a Managing Director in the Mortgage Securities Department. Most recently Kevin covered institutional mortgage securities investors for GMAC Rescap. At Rescap Kevin consistently ranked as one of the top three producers in mortgage sales. Prior to Rescap Kevin spent time in the mortgage departments at Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan. Kevin will be based in New York.
