COHEN & COMPANY SECURITIES ANNOUNCES EQUITY DERIVATIVES MARKETS BUSINESS

New York, NY – July 14, 2010 FGC Securities, a division of Cohen & Company Securities LLC, announces the launch of its North American equity derivatives markets business. The initial group of ten highly experienced traders and brokers will focus on providing superior execution services to its institutional customer base, across equity cash and listed and OTC equity derivative products. FGC is co-headed by John Foley and Jonathan Godson in New York.
