COHEN & COMPANY SETS RELEASE DATE FOR 2010 SECOND QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS

Philadelphia and New York, July 29, 2010 – Cohen & Company Inc. (NYSE AMEX: COHN) will release its financial results for the second quarter of 2010 on Tuesday, August 3, 2010. The Company will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) that morning to discuss these results.
