COHEN & COMPANY SECURITIES ANNOUNCES ADDITION TO HIGH GRADE CORPORATE TRADING

New York, NY – October 6, 2010 Cohen & Company Securities LLC is pleased to announce the hiring of Greg Lobo as a Managing Director with the Institutional High Grade trading group. Greg comes to Cohen from New Jersey-based HGK Asset Management, where he spent 19 years as the partner in charge of fixed income. In this role, Greg was responsible for the trading and management of approximately $2 billion in assets for the firm’s institutional clients and was a member of the Investment Policy Committee. Greg has demonstrated success in identifying relative value within the high grade and crossover corporate bond space and brings that experience to his trading role at Cohen.
